- ½ inch ginger root
- 1 inch Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 cup water.
How To Prepare
- Let the cinnamon soak in a cup of water overnight.
- In the morning, boil the water with the cinnamon bark, till the water gets to half the volume.
- Add fresh ginger into the hot water.
- Let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain it before drinking.
