Carrot And Potato Pack

Carrots help you in increasing the collagen production in the skin as they possess Vitamin A.  Collagen can tighten skin; this helps you in reducing the wrinkles and makes your skin bright. Potato acts as a good anti-aging ingredient, which can even the skin tone and fades the wrinkles.

     To make this you need

  1. One small carrot
  2. One small potato
  3. Turmeric
  4. Baking soda
  5. Some water

For this, boil carrot and potato, and cut them into small pieces, mash them into a smooth paste. Add one pinch of turmeric and one pinch of baking soda to this paste and mix them well with water to make a smooth paste. Now apply this paste all over the face. Let it dry for 20 minutes. And then wash it off with warm water. Repeat this twice a week.

Papaya Pack 

       Papaya cleanses your skin’s impurities as it has an enzyme called papain. It can also help in regenerating new cells and provides elasticity to the skin. Our grandmothers have always advised us to eat and apply papaya on your face since ages. And it is also rich in antioxidants

For this only papaya is required. First, ripe the papaya and mash it to make a smooth paste add some water if required. Apply this paste to your face and neck. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off with warm water. You can get good results if you apply this paste twice a week.

Yogurt Pack

 Yogurt can helps you in reducing the wrinkles as it has wrinkle-preventing nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and fats which keep the skin fresh and hydrated. Yogurt can also help you in tightening the skin.

To make yogurt pack, the things you need

  1. Two tablespoons of yogurt
  2. One tablespoon of honey
  3. One tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  4. One vitamin E capsule
  5. Turmeric

First, take two tablespoons of yogurt in a bowl and add lemon juice, honey and turmeric together. Now cut the vitamin E capsule and gently pour it on pour the oil presented in the capsule and mix this mixture well. Now your yogurt pack is ready, apply it all over your face. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. You can do this 2 to 3 times a week for good result.

  Rose Water Pack

Rose water can increase the blood circulation and thus reduces the thread veins. It also possesses regenerating properties and calming effect on the skin. It can also reduce blemishes and puffiness under your eyes.

The required ingredients are

  1. Two teaspoons rose water
  2. Half teaspoon lemon juice
  3. Few drops of glycerin
  4. Cotton ball

To prepare this face pack, mix all the ingredients together. Now dip the cotton ball in this mixture and apply it all over your face. Do this before going to bed every night for best results. Don’t wash the face after applying this mask as your face will absorb it completely.

  Mashed Strawberries Pack

Strawberries can enhance the skin’s elasticity as it possesses Vitamin C. Strawberries are full of antioxidants, so they can easily help to keep aging signs at bay.

You need only 3-4 strawberries

To make this pack smash the strawberries properly, make sure that there are no lumps remain. Apply this pack directly on your face and let it be for 10-15 minutes and then rinse it offss with water. You can apply this twice or thrice a week.
