Pavanmuktasana (Wind-releasing Pose):
Rests on your back in straight position.
Now lift up your left leg & twist it from the knee.
Now , attempt to press your left leg towards your stomach.
Attempt to touch your jaw to your knee.
For this, you will need to lift up your head a bit.
Take a stab at doing likewise with right leg also.
When you effectively do this, take a stab at doing likewise development with both the legs in the meantime.
This gives a decent extend to your stomach & helps in diminishing pointless fats.
