When your eyes are itching, first you need to splash some cold water on the effected eye. Then, take some ice cubes or ice packs and wrap them in a clean cotton towel. Now close your eyes and place this towel on your eyelids. This remedy will help you to get relief from the irritation.

Cucumber Slices

This is the most used and effective home remedy to get rid of eye itching. This can help you to get rid of irritation and inflammation. For this, first take a cucumber and cut two slices from it. And then place this slices in ice cold water for 10 minutes. Now close your eyes and place these cucumber slices on your eyelids.

The cool cucumbers can help you in soothing your eyes and to reduce soreness.

Tea Bags

For this extract the juice from the leaves of the aloe-vera plant and freeze it for some time. Then, mix this aloe vera juice with cold water and apply it with cotton balls on the affected eye.
