Almond Oil

Almond can repair the skin around your knee area and will give you white knees. Almond is a rich source of vitamin E.

You just need to take few drops of almond oil on your finger and apply it on your knees and elbows. Gently massage for some time. Use this twice a day (morning and evening) for better results.

 Coconut Oil For Dark Knees

Coconut oil acts as hydrating agent and moisturizer for skin. Coconut oil is also the rich source of Vitamin E and it can help you in repairing the skin. Coconut oil can lighten your skin

You need 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon walnut powder.

Take 1 tablespoon of walnut powder and add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to it. Mix them to make a thick paste. Apply this paste on your knees and elbows as a scrub. Massage it for 2 to 3 minutes and then rinse it off. Use this scrub 2 to 3 times in a week.

You can also apply coconut oil after the shower and before going to bed.

Baking Soda And Milk For Dark Knees

Baking soda acts as a cleansing agent and removes dead cells from your skin. Milk acts as a moisturizer and helps you in skin smoothening.

You need 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of milk.

Take 1 tablespoon of baking soda and add 1 tablespoon of milk to it. Mix them to make a paste. Apply this on your knees and elbows. Scrub in a circular motion for 2 to 3 times and then rinse it off with water.Do this every alternative day.

Hydrogen Peroxide For Dark Knees

Hydrogen peroxide is the solution which is used in most of the skin lightening products. It helps in removing dark and dead skin cells.  But don’t use this solution directly if you have a sensitive skin. Dilute this solution in equal parts of water.

You need 3% hydrogen peroxide and a cotton ball.

Take a cotton ball and dip it in the hydrogen peroxide solution. Apply it on the knees and elbows. Leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse the applied area with lukewarm water. Dry the skin and apply some moisturizer.

Pumice Stone

Pumice stone can remove dark and dead skin cells.

First take shower with warm water. Now scrub your knees and elbows by using pumice stone in circular motions. And then rinse with cool water.Do this 2 to 3 times a week.
