Stay Hydrated

Drinking water at least three liters of water per day will help you to tighten and smoothen. It can also remove toxins from your body. It will help tighten and smoothen your skin and flush out toxins.  Not only tightening skin, being hydrated keeps you healthy.

Slow Down Your Weight Loss

Losing weight in a small period of time is the main reason for loose skin. Don’t go for an unplanned diet and workouts to lose weight in a short period. Plan perfectly; make sure to lose weight slowly. If you go for a quick diet plan and workouts, it will give you good results in the early stage of your diet, but later they will affect your body. If you lose weight slowly, your skin can gets time to shrink.

Strength training will help to rebuild the muscles that lie underneath the skin and make your skin firm. Practice strength training thrice a week, and you will observe the result. If you are doing the strength training you have to take more calories. This will keep you energized.

Tone Your Belly

If u loses lot of weight suddenly from your belly area, belly sags down. You can get rid of this problem by simple exercises like leg rise, sit-ups, crunches, air biking, and side bridges. Do these exercises for about 15-20 minutes daily, you will get a flat and toned belly.

Sea Salt Bath

Sea salts works really well when it comes to tightening and they will make your skin firm and it will brighten up your skin. You will find these products in markets easily. To make a sea salt bath scrub, you need tablespoons of sea salt, two tablespoons of white clay, two to three drops of mint oil, and a tablespoon of yogurt. You can make this scrub by mixing all these ingredients together. Otherwise you can use these salts with lukewarm water.

Moisturizing

Using herbal products for moisturizing purpose is really advisable; you can also buy a good moisturizer available in the market.  Moisturizing will help you in rehydrating, softening, smoothening, and tightening your skin. You can also use almond oil, coconut oil, or olive oil. Apply the oil over the problem area and soak for 10-15 minutes. Then rub it off with a small amount of flour in a circular motion, you will observe an immediate result. After applying the oil all over the problem area, soak for 10-15 minutes.
