Consume it after cooling it to your capable heat.

Rosemary Oil

Rosemary oil is quite beneficial for treating low blood pressure as it contains camphor, which stimulates your respiratory system as well as blood circulation.For this, you need rosemary oil and carrier oil (coconut oil or olive oil).Add 6 drops of rosemary oil with a tablespoon of carrier oil. Use this to massage your body to raise low blood pressure. Otherwise, you can also add rosemary oil to your bath water. Do this daily.

 Salt Water

As salt contains Sodium, it can raise your blood pressure. But don’t overuse salt because overuse of salt can damage your body and there is a chance for high blood pressure.Take a glass of water and add a half teaspoon of salt and consume it. Have this only if you have a sudden drop in blood pressure, don’t use it otherwise.

 Green Tea

Green tea is also a rich source of caffeine, so it can help you in raising your blood pressure. First, take a cup of hot water and add a teaspoon of green tea to it. Steep it for 5-10 minutes and then strain it. And add a little amount of honey and have it. For good results, you have to drink it 2-3 times a day.
